Why we will use the partition and how we create partition?

The partition will be used to reduce the burden for the server and easy to identify the deployed application which we deployed into server.

Below are the steps to create Partitions/Domain in SOA

Step1: Login into EM Console with user name and password.

 

Step2: Navigate to SOA -->soa-infra --> Manage Partitions.

 

Step3: Go to Manage Partitions -->Click on Create New Partition.

Step4: Enter Partition name (user defined name)

 

Step5: Create Partition can be seen under SOA-->soa-infra
