How to add Tracking to Integration:

Adding tracking filed to integration is useful to track the specific instances based on business data.

To add tracking please follow below steps.

Go to Integrations click on Actions as shown below and click on Edit.

Again click on Actions and then “Tracking” as shown below.

After clicking on tracking below page will be opened










Example: Drag and drop the field which you want to mention as tracking field example here OrganizationName.

Add Tracking Name as  Company Name

Add Help Text : Enter Company Name

Click Done 

Now when the instance created it will create with tracking that we can see in monitoring tab from the instance.
